Meet Our Pastoral Staff

Rev. Tom Daniel - Senior Pastor

Tom is a native of Greenville, Alabama. He received his undergraduate degree from Troy University and his Master of Divinity degree from New Orleans Baptist Theological Seminary. He has served as pastor of churches in Louisiana, Alabama and Georgia.

Tom is married to the former Sylvia Killingsworth also of Greenville. They have two grown children. Daughter Melissa and Robert Marshall live in Cumming, GA. Robert and Melissa have one daughter Sydney. Son Bo and Denise Daniel live in Montgomery, Al. Bo and Denise have three daughters, Sarah Grace, Kerstin and Mollie. Tom and Sylvia joined First Baptist Lynn Haven on Sunday Oct. 17, 2004.

Rev. Matt Pollard - Youth Minister

Matt and Amy Pollard grew up in Central Florida. They went to the Baptist College of Florida in Graceville in 1999 and married in 2001. Matt graduated from BCF with his bachelors in Christian Education in 2002 and went on staff at Rehobeth Baptist Church where they were attending since 1999.

Matt and Amy have been blessed with three great kids; Riley, John David, and Anna Grace. They joined FBC of Lynn Haven on July 6, 2008 and look forward to seeing what God has in store.

Rev. David Watson - Interim Music Minister

David is a native of Panama City, FL. After graduating from A. Crawford Mosley High School, he went on to get his Bachelor of Music degree in Church Music/vocal performance emphasis from Florida Baptist Theological College (The Baptist College of Florida) in 1997. After returning to Panama City, David served as Minister of Music at Immanuel Baptist Church, until being called onto the mission field in 2000. For the next ten years, he served as Worship Pastor and Elder at Prairie View Church in Fargo, ND, while also working at Minnesota State University Moorhead as a staff accompanist and voice instructor. While there, he began a Master of Arts degree in Collaborative Piano/Vocal Coaching, which is nearing completion. David returned to Panama City in 2010 and has been privileged to serve as Interim Minister of Music at FBC Lynn Haven.

David is blessed with a wife of 19 years, Stacey, and three exciting boys, Kyle, Brad, and Eric. They are the joy of his life.

Rev. Grady Booth - Associate Pastor for Discipleship & Outreach

Grady grew up as a military dependent traveling overseas and stateside. His family resides in the local area in both Bay and Gulf County where they are originally from. Grady received his Bachelor of Science in Biblical Studies from The Baptist College of Florida in December of 2008 and his Master of Arts in Religion from Liberty Baptist Theological Seminary and Graduate School in January of 2010. He is currently pursuing his Master of Divinity in Theological Studies from Liberty Baptist Theological Seminary and Graduate School. Grady returned to the Bay County area after his service in the Navy. He joined the FBCLH staff as a volunteer in October of 2010.

Grady has been married to his wife Paula for 20 years. Paula is a native of Gulf County Florida. They were married in 1990 shortly after Grady joined the Navy and have traveled extensively stateside and abroad together. Grady and Paula joined First Baptist Church Lynn Haven on Sunday October 19, 2003 and are eager to see what God has in store for their lives.
